Vidcast Concept

After the initial consultation and the written overview, we create a "concept" to present to you. This is the big picture of your stated goals for marketing and strategically positioning your company.

After all, why are we doing this vidcast thing? What are we trying to do here? Sell a new product? Recruit new employees? Get a message out from your President? We need a sharp, focused message. That's what we do.

In the concept stage, we listen to you and your team about marketing views, how to strategically position your company, and vidcast objectives. For example:

" What message can we tell the world to know about your company? In other words, what is your USP or Unique Selling Proposition?
" Do you have new products and services to sell?
" Perhaps a virtual tour of your company is best to inform potential new shareholders.
" Maybe a monthly message from the president would be an effective way to reach stakeholders such as investors, the local community, the media and others in the industry.
" To help recruit the right people, a walk-around tour and interviews with managers is often effective
" Or a great way to offer better customer support these days is to offer training vidcasts, on how to install, use, and maintain your products.

Vidcasts have becoming as essential as having a company web site.
Studies show people prefer watching and listening to presentations instead of having to read a lot of information. A compelling story, told by an actor, has proven to increase the "call to action," - which translates into increased revenues.

Once you approve the concept, we move to the next stage which is script development.
